In production and exchange activities, it is a function which can improve resource allocation efficiency and benefit organically by the mean of competition. Bidding is a general way to trade used internationally, it is a kind of standardized competition means,it follows the market discipline and embodys as "open, fair, fair-and-square ". As the development of our national economy, bidding develops gradually in our nation, and becomes a general trade modeThe bidding management of engineering construction project is a content which has been researching at large in recent years.The application of bidding in engineering construction project not only can reduce the invest of engineering project,but also can be propitious to ensure the quality of project. The effect of bidding in engineering construction project has been found to be true increasingly. This article set out from the bidding management theory of engineering construction project.On the basis of simply summarizing the engineering construction project course of baosteel,combined with some engineering construction project of baosteel, this article analysed the bidding management of engineering construction project which based on independent design and integration mode.And then this article brought forward the relevant bidding management content of bidding mode,bidding plot,bidding book writing and bid evaluation method under the independent design and integration mode. Finally this article combined with practical work and analysed some problems of bidding management under this mode. It will have meaning to practical work for bidding management under independent integration mode.
