The fluctuation of consumer demand is a major problem in the daily operation of distribution network.Transshipment is an effective means to deal with it.At the same time,in order to cope with the uncertainty of the external environment,this paper studies how to design the distribution network when both the external environment and consumer demand are uncertain,and establishes the optimization model of the distribution network considering lateral transshipment under the disruption risk.The main contents of the paper are as follows:(1)Clarify the background and significance of the research,and review the classical location problem,inventory-location problem,distribution network design under the risk of disruptions and transshipment in detail.On this basis,the paper puts forward the research contents,chooses the research methods and sets up the research route.(2)The research scope of the paper is defined.Taking inventory-location joint optimization as the baseline,based on the analysis of relevant theories,this paper defines the scope of this study for discrete facility location problem and unlimited Inventory-Location problem,and finally selects the inventory management strategy of this paper,and selects genetic algorithm as the solution algorithm of this paper.(3)A distribution network optimization model with lateral transshipment under disruption risk is constructed.Referring to relevant theories and researches,considering facilities construction cost,product inventory cost,various transportation costs,inventory shortage cost,transshipment income and interruption expected penalty cost,the expression structure and constraint conditions of each cost are analyzed,and the distribution network optimization considering transshipment under complete interruption risk is established.Model.In addition,three different distribution network models,namely,the standard distribution network optimization model,the transshipment-only distribution network optimization model and the interruption-only distribution network optimization model,are constructed and compared with the model in this paper,which improves the accuracy of the conclusion.(4)Draw the conclusion of the study.Distribution network design results are sensitive to interruption risk;lateral transfer strategy can still optimize the distribution network system layout under interruption risk;considering the uncertainty of interruption risk and demand at the same time in the distribution network design stage and adopting lateral transfer strategy can make the system more optimized;lateral transfer strategy can also optimize the distribution network system.The performance is sensitive to,and beta changes,and the specific change trend will decrease with the increase,and increase with the increase,and then decrease with the increase of beta.In this paper,the distribution network optimization model considering transshipment under the risk of disruptions is proposed,the strategic and tactical decision of the distribution network is integrated,the optimization design of distribution network under the uncertain environment is studied.To a certain extent,the result of the research will reduce the disruptions risk,strengthen the coordination between distribution centers,reduce the operation cost and finally achieve the global optimum.This study is a useful supplement to the existing research on distribution network design,and has a certain reference value for the distribution network design work.Finally,an example is given to demonstrate the effectiveness of the algorithm and the superiority of the improved algorithm. |
