CNPC transportation company limited has a good tradition of voluntary service， butCompany volunteers management of volunteer activities without a systematic theoreticalguidance for a long time. And volunteer management loose， so the existing managementsystem already can not adapt to the requirements of modern management of volunteers.Company will borrow the opportunity of the active-learn from leifeng-to optimize thevolunteer management system.This article mainly adopts the literature method， questionnaire method， fieldobservation and other research methods，I study the whole management process of the projectfrom "learn from leifeng" youth volunteer service system of company in this paper， and builta set of youth volunteer service system that suitable for the characteristics of the transportationcompany industry. Than we promote the system to other company.This article is divided into five parts. The first part is the introduction. The second part isthe theoretical basis. The third chapter，I research on the whole management process of "learnfrom leifeng" youth volunteer service projects. The fourth chapter， I construct youthvolunteer service model the project of "learn from leifeng". Finally， I explain the shortage ofthe paper and state the research direction in the future.
