In tobacco industry, tobacco redrying corporation are bridges which connect tobacco planting and manufactory. They are also the first workshops in the entire tobacco manufacturing line. As while as the "532"、"461" brand developing strategies are implemented, it is increasingly difficult to adapt the industry requirements based on the current capabilities of tobacco redrying corporations. In this context, the state tobacco monopoly administration and China national tobacco corporation are pursuing the consolidation of tobacco redrying corporations in each province. The aim is to build tobacco redrying group companies which can promote in-depth cooperation with cigarette factories. It will be an important subject to analyze self-develop direction and strategy based on complicated internal and external constraints. The work done by this paper has significant theoretical and practical value.Therefore, firstly, this paper uses Zhucheng Tobacco Redrying Company as a study case and analyzes its opportunities, threats, advantages, disadvantages, inner and outer surroundings by using PEST, EFE, IFE, SWOT and five force analyses. It identifies seven strategic alternatives. And then concludes the most appropriate plan through the comprehensive QSPM evaluation. Overall, based on concrete measures, the study result suggests organization and merger strategy, diversification strategy, informatization strategy and strengthen marketing strategy.It not only has the realistic directive significance for Zhucheng tobacco redrying company but also for all integrated tobacco redrying companies in other provinces.
