Research Of Coordination Capability Enhancement Of Redrying Enterprise’s Tobacco Leaf BusinessBased On Informationization Platform

The redrying enterprise is the link in tobacco leaf supply chain to connect the industrial enterprise with business enterprise. It is the interchange platform for tobacco factory and plant branch’s tobacco leaf, and also the first realization site for cigarette ingredient formula. The business coordination capability of redrying enterprise is in direct relation to the effective utilization of tobacco leaf resource and quality promotion of cigarette products.In this thesis, the current status of tobacco leaf supply chain of tobacco industry in China is analyzed, and the business features of tobacco leaf supply chain are summarized. Also this thesis introduces the development status of China’s tobacco redrying enterprises and A redrying enterprises, describes A redrying enterprises key business processes. The business coordination of redrying enterprises is analyzed from three aspects, such as commerce contract coordination, production logistics coordination and production quality coordination. According to the current situation of redrying enterprises, it is proposed that the realization of redrying enterprises’internal high performance coordination is the prerequisite for improvement of operation efficiency of the overall tobacco leaf supply chain. This thesis researches how to enhance A redrying enterprises tobacco business collaboration ability by means of informationization measures. Starting from the optimization of tobacco leaf business management, and aiming at the goal of longitudinal link-up and transversal coordination, this thesis constructs the three-level framework of informationization platform for redrying enterprises based on the perspective of layered design. Furthermore, in relation to the business features of redrying enterprises, the application architecture design is defined, the reason why the business coordination capacity of production logistics and production quality could be promoted by means of the implementation of informationization platform is analyzed, and the operational benefits of informationization platform are summarized. In the end, this thesis projects and brings forward the idea how the redrying enterprises may further enhance the coordination capability of tobacco leaf business by intensifying external business coordination with aspect of commerce contract business.
