Research On Rural Tourism Development And Land Use Based On Farmers’ Perspective

With the social and economic development and the improvement of people’s livingstandards， the contribution of tourism to the economic development of China’s growing，tourism gradually become an integral part of modern people’s life. As the cool attractions hot，eco-tourism， green tourism with its advantages of the city with its close， convenienttransportation， cost is moderate gradually into people’s vision. However， tourism hasalways been considered a double-edged sword，it is both resource-dependent industries，andis likely to cause damage to the surrounding environment in its development process，especially rural tourism. Under the premise of limited land resources， how rational andefficient use of land resources without causing damage to the environment， and how tochoose the appropriate local tourism development model， is the tourist economy urgently tobe solved in the process of transformation from extensive to intensive.In this paper， Urumqi Anningqu township as a research area to man-land relationshiptheory，the theory of sustainable development，location theory as the theoretical basis of theprinciple， from the perspective of the development of tourism economy， the status ofresearch and economic development of regional tourism sites characteristics were analyzedthrough investigation， taking binary Logistic regression model to analyze the main factorsfor the development of tourism economy willingness of farmers and to reveal the status of thelocal tourism economy and constraints. Reference model calculation results to puts forwarddifferent tourism economic development and land use pattern，and analyze the evaluation. Toprovide the corresponding countermeasures of achieve the intensive land and the use ofeco-tourism and sustainable development of the local economy.Results show that： First， the homestead as a carrier of the farmers to survive must load avariety of functions， in the process of tourism development， make its have thecharacteristics of the business. In the process of tourism development， farmland as the basicmeans of production provides the local employment opportunities， increase the farmerincome and also intensive utilization degree to be improved， make the farmland to thetransformation of the land used for tourism has a certain social function. Second， throughresearch on Anningqu economic development of rural tourism， found that the presence ofdisorder tourism development on land use， lack of unified planning and design science. Lessgovernment support policies and farmers are not enthusiastic. Benefit distributionmechanisms and Participate in the mechanism is not perfect is restricts the farmer innovationin the travel business model， it is difficult to attract a steady customer base. Third，according to the results of the binary logistic model analysis show that the farmer’s age， racegender， level of education have a greater impact on the willingness of the development oftourism economy， in addition to the size of households， life satisfaction and the number ofvisitors， but also indirectly affects farmers wishes oriented. Finally， by comparing the advantages and disadvantages of model of "independent family farmers mode"，"farmersunion business model"，"the farmer and enterprise cooperation business model"，"enterprises and collective joint business model"，"stock model" and "Integrated interactiveoperating mode". It is concluded that "Integrated interactive operating mode" is in line withthe current situation of the development of local tourism， but at the beginning of open itemshould be dealt with reasonable distribution of interests between different stakeholders.
