Accelerate our country industrialization and rural urbanization.In this paper, to learn at home and abroad to rural dweller dot and intensive landuse theory, actual survey results and related research methods. Through the qualitative,quantitative analysis methods, analysis focused on the impact of rural settlements andthe intensive land utilization factor and its existing problems, combining with thecharacteristics of rural residential land use, present situation, proposed theimprovement of rural residential land intensive degree evaluation method and system.This paper selected Linglong town of rural residents as the research object, inorder to Linglong town of rural residential land use present situation as a starting point,to establish a set of evaluation index system, by use of qualitative and quantitativeanalysis method, the Linglong town of rural residential land intensive use degreedivision, discusses its utilization degree and development level.Through the analysis of research, found that calculated rural residential landintensive use level and Linglong town rural residential comprehensive strength rankingcoincides, at the same time, the data shows, the level of intensive land use and the localeconomic development level was positively correlated with the level of economicdevelopment, restricting its land inputs and outputs, thus affecting the rural residentialland intensive utilization level.In addition, the conclusion part summarizes the main viewpoints and thoughts onthe future study, looking forward to the instructions and suggestions to devoting thefuture rural land use research work has some help.
