| In recent years, thanks to increasing the inputs in the agricultural production, especially the modernchemical agricultural capital goods, Xinjiang agricultural production capacity is improving continuously.The pesticide effectively recover the losses that caused by insects pests and back, thus ensure improvedcrop yields. However, the use of pesticides not only directly affect the safety of agricultural products, butalso poses a great threat to agricultural production. Its negative influence is becoming more and moreattention.Xinjiang has special climatic conditions such as drought and less rain, lead to insects pests lessfrequent. In terms of relative national, Xinjiang used less pesticides. For the Xinjiang as a whole, however,the use of pesticides has brought great harm to its fragile ecological environment. The pesticide usage perunit area in southern Xinjiang is higher than that of northern Xinjiang. As an important production area ofsouthern Xinjiang crops, the study of farmers use pesticide behavior in Akesu region, not only can protectthe farmland ecological environment, but also has important guiding significance to the improvement of theecological environment for the whole Xinjiang.As the main body in agricultural production, the use of pesticides behavior directly affects the safetyof agricultural products and agricultural production environment. This article selects the microscopic mainbody of farmer as the research Angle of view based on relevant theories and research status at home andabroad, taking the farmer behavior theory, sustainable development theory and ecology theory as the basis.Based on the farmer behavior theory, this paper has carried on the on-the-spot investigation in seventownships,420farmers of Akesu area from microscopic main body of farmers. Using the field surveydata, the characteristics of household application behavior are reaching by using the method of descriptivestatistics.In order to analyze the pesticide behavior of farmers, an empirical analysis of factors influencing thecharacteristics of farmers by two yuan Logistic model factors in three phases. The empirical results showthat: the degree of culture, planting time and planting scale has a significant influence on the farmers’pesticide behavior; the age of householder, planting time, whether or not to accept the training have asignificant influence on the farmers’ pesticide and pesticide behavior.According to the study propaganda work combining with the Akesu area farmers’ pesticide usingcharacteristic and the present situation, in order to make farmers more scientific use of pesticidesreasonably, advice do the following work: first to strengthen basic education, enhance the cultural level;two popularize technology and make standard of drug use; three to increase the related safe use ofpesticides training; four encourage farmers scale management; five carry out the agricultural non pointsource pollution of the propaganda work vigorously, improving farmers’ consciousness of environmentalprotection; six to strengthen pesticide application technology of information supply based on the actualdemand of farmers. In ensure the premise of pest control effect, reduce the pollution of the environment, torealize the transformation of the development of agriculture in Akesu region by resource oriented to scienceoriented gradually. |
