Jincheng implements comprehensive pilot reform as one of the national resource-oriented regions. Against the market background where leisure economy rises, Jincheng makes efforts on the one hand to explore the development potential of regional economy that leisure economy expands and on the other to figure out the positive influence of economic transformation on environmental resources. Leisure farm turns out to be the combination of agricultural eco-tourism and experience economy, and its marketing involves the independent development of both regional economy and industrial economic transformation. Additionally, its business marketing mode has drawn unprecedented attention, with differentiated and characteristic marketing constituting not only the key to building business marketing mode, but also the strategic focus of enterprises.Firstly, the case description part gives an introduction to the background information of leisure farm industry as well as the basic situation of QiXi Garden systematically. According to the brief introduction and analysis about the operating status of all projects relevant to QiXi Garden and the market rivals, a scientific analysis is performed on the marketing positioning of QiXi Garden on Chinese Valentine’s Day in combination with marketing theories. Particularly, the strategic selection of marketing solutions has been described and analyzed in detail. Meanwhile, energy is devoted not only to expounding the planning and implementation process of marketing programs in QiXi Garden on Chinese Valentine’s Day but also to making a brief introduction to the market response since the implementation of the marketing activities on Chinese Valentine’s Day. The case study part carries out an in-depth analysis on the successes and deficiencies of the marketing programs adopted on Chinese Valentine’s Day, such as about market segmentation, target group, and strategy selection. On this basis, attention is paid to summarizing the optimization suggestions for future marketing of QiXi Garden and relevant protection measures. Meanwhile, numbers of referential opinions and suggestions are proposed for the enterprises of the same industry and the enterprises in the field of experience economy. The conclusion puts forward suggestions from different angles such as the prospect of leisure farm in QiXi Garden, brand building, and local culture. In particular, this part has come up with new ideas about the building of marketing mode to extend the research of this paper.In the political context where Jincheng implements comprehensive pilot reform as one of the national resource-oriented regions, leisure economy shows bright prospect and meanwhile makes a higher demand on the marketing of experience economy, especially the marketing of leisure agriculture. Chinese Valentine’s Day marketing case and its study are expected to bring forth some ideas and methods for the formulation of marketing strategies, the expansion of market share, and the enhancement of brand reputation and value in the future. More importantly, QiXi Garden and other enterprises of the same industry are supposed to make innovations continuously so as to realize sustainable development in the intense market competition.
