Along with the progress of social development, especially in the era of knowledge economy, human resource has become the first resource in economic development of various enterprises, between the enterprises in the competition has not only the traditional competition between products, technology, management between the competition between competition, now developed into a competition between people. Thus, a key strategic resource for the survival and development of enterprises is human resources, only the use of their own advantages to successfully attract excellent talents, incentive the backbone of the company, keep the core characters, the enterprise can remain invincible in the tide of market economy competition incentive. Change is a modern enterprise, has not only put the compensation as the production cost of manpower, more regard it as an important means to motivate staff. How to carry out the salary management has become the key work of human resource management, the right compensation mechanism to attract and retain talents, promote the vast number of staff morale, improve the competitiveness of the company in the same industry, plays an important role. The premise of compensation management system and is an important part in the salary design, only by establishing scientific, reasonable, effective compensation and incentive system, in order to maximize excited active staff creativity, encourage enterprises to achieve their strategic goal. How to design and establish a scientific and reasonable comprehensive system, salary system, to help enterprises achieve the business development strategy, it is of great significance to the state owned enterprises.This paper has from how to accurately understand the human resource of the enterprise value, objective, fair, fair, reasonable given the contribution to enterprise workers compensation, how to improve corporate profits for research on self accumulation and distribution among employees relationship etc.. This research is not only beneficial to the development of enterprises and employees, and ensures that employees get economic, psychological satisfaction from salary, can be very good to activate the staffs enthusiasm and creativity, and to the enterprise how to develop and put forward reasonable suggestions.In addition, this paper takes the salary system optimization design for the purpose of Chinese food network, with its compensation system as the research object, by the domestic and foreign research status and salary evaluation theory as the theoretical foundation, questionnaire design staff salary satisfaction of employees, the real thoughts and suggestions for investigation. Based on the analysis of Chinese food network at present salary system and employee satisfaction, evaluation of the company’s current compensation system, find out the advantages of the company compensation system and the existing problems, targeted to optimize the company’s compensation system, from human resources value measurement perspective, design a new, suitable for Chinese food network actual situation, scientific and rational, comprehensive system of compensation system.The research results of this thesis, can make the salary system and the function of maximize, has the theory significance, important practical significance and practical value to the electronic commerce, while other peers have important reference significance.
