Compensation management is the most important content of enterprise’s human resources management and an important part of establishing modern system in a company,and it plays an important unique function in the process of enterprise operation.Compensation is the motive force in a company that can promote human resource management and enterprises can absorb talents and retain talents through the salary management, so employees can efficiently create value and good benefit for enterprises, and at last realize the goal of enterprise’s strategic management and promote the development of enterprises.Enterprise salary management is effective or not, and meeting the needs of the development of the enterprise or not, it will directly affect the success or failure of enterprise strategic target realization.Most of construction enterprise projects in our country are scattered and relatively independent accounting management mode,and with the development of construction companies,traditional single project human resource compensation management has many symptoms now that can not adapt to the development of company.Using modern compensation management concept and making a thorough research to the construction enterprises pay system, and building up a set of adapt the development of building enterprise salary management system, all these have very important significance to the development of construction enterprises.Paper is on the basis of compensation related theory and begins from the concept and the research background of compensation system.Combining with current compensation management system and operation of XN construction company,a deep research and analysis has been dong for the salary management system, staff structure, the condition of salary and compensation system structure model, salary structure, salary plan hair form of XN construction company compensation management system.Taking methods such as the questionnaire survey and the field observation,and so on.As well as taking meter point position evaluation technology and broadband pay system design and analysis tools,and so on.XN construction company must exert compensation system function and make effective modern salary strategy management system to attract and retain good staff. According to the actual circumstance of the company,the compensation system of the company will be redesigned.The important is to increase employee’s satisfaction, to improve the competitive ability of the enterprise salary and to make effective incentive policy and plan. Through the compensation system is designed again to change the company’s lag compensation management status at present,and to eliminate the barriers of the smooth implementation of the company’s pay system.Then the company’s traditional position absolute difference levels sense will be optimized and to motivate employees to active initiative.Through taking the salary management to achieve the whole human resources.At last improving enterprise cohesion and achieving strategic objectives for the enterprise.
