The study object is from research worker of Company M. This paper is mainly about the promotion of company innovation and research ability using payment system measures, from the domestic and foreign relevant study, focusing on the restrains and fault of the human resource and payment system are increasingly relying on innovation ability development. Firstly, the paper collects and analyses the relevant study, the total compensation salary and brand branch salary theory, to find the problem of current payment in Company M. Using questionnaire survey method and exit interview to summarize the cause of this problem. Finally, it proposes the total solution including implementing safeguard measures. To the current problem of high-tech Company, analysis of the applicability of new type payment system, concluding the specific design of payment system and the implementation of the steps. Using the particular case familiar with the author to prove that new type of payment system has effective effect on the promotion of innovation ability.This paper includes five chapters. The first chapter is the introduction, mainly introduces the research background and research meaning of this paper. The total compensation salary and brand branch salary theory are compared to apply into new design method. In this paper, the study problems to be solved were identified, how to optimize the current process of payment system in Company M. Besides, research method and contend will be written in this chapter.The second chapter is to analyze the case, the payment problem of company M. By doing the survey of the industry, to show company profile, the organizational structure, the status of salary system of research center in Company M was analyzed, the existing problems are listed.The third chapter is the detailed design of new payment system. Aiming at the relevant problem, we do the study to get the overall level of industry salary to determine our study object. The following part is showing our solution to optimize the current payment system.The fourth chapter is about safeguard measures by three points. To begin with, we must build the implementing organization and team to encourage the program. Moreover, we also improve the current human resource system. End with, some promotion measures is needed to the new payment system.The fifth chapter is application method and the conclusion. To forecast the possible result of new system, we use integrate program to prevent the risk. Finally, we do the prospect of the future...
