Sduty On The Development Strategy Of Shenyang Bonded Logistics Center

With the rapid development of world economy, logistics industry, as a backbone and a basic industry of our national economy, has been attached great importance by Chinese governments at each level and has been extensively concerned by the whole society. At present, the modern logistics industry has been promoted by many large and medium-sized cities in China as a key industry or an industry of priority, and the planning and construction of logistics base or logistics center are taken as a starting point and an important support for the development of logistics industry. The study on the development strategy of the bonded logistics center in Shenyang is of great significance to both the center itself and the revitalization of hinterland economy.First, the paper illustrates the important significance of the strategy to build bonded logistics center in Shenyang. Next, the paper, based fully on the fact, studies the macro environment of the bonded logistics center in Shenyang from the perspectives of politics, economy, society, and technology by applying the PEST method. Then, it analyses its external opportunities and threats, internal strengths and weakness by SWOT method, based on which different combinations of strategies are analyzed. Finally, the paper argues that the bonded logistics center in Shenyang should be positioned strategically to "New Port in Northeast China, and New Shore of Bohai Sea", and the general objective is to build it into a comprehensive bonded region in two to three years, into a free trade area in another three to five years, and finally into an international logistics center with a reach of the three provinces in Northeast China and even the Northeast Asia. At the same time, the strategies on the development of the bonded logistics center in Shenyang are also proposed.This paper has illustrated the development strategy of the bonded logistics center in Shenyang in detail, but because it is just in the starting stage, its future is quite unknown and uncertain under the influence of the economic development trends, the development of modern logistics in Shenyang, and relevant policies. It takes a long time to test in practice about the proposed methods and conclusions in this paper.
