The result supports the rationality of the conception. At the same time the assumptions and concepts model is verified. Besides, this paper also takes the effects of demographic variables (sex, ages, ect.) on the model moderation into accounts. At last, it refers to the result of the empirical research, the study points out the value of theory and practice, the deficiencies, and the proposals for the future research.
