Research Of Bazhou Teiecom "Yixiao Tong" Industry Application And Incidental Services System

From2004, China telecom proposed strategic transformation and continue to launch industry applications. Due to the differences in the industrial usage and characteristics of every local network, this resulted in the current situation and dilemma of the difficulty in supporting the industry application and incidental services. This report aims to analyze the current "YiXiaoTong" Incidental services of the leading and competitive products use in BaZhou area, highlighting the key issues that affects the incidental services and propose four main strategies to solve the issue.This paper consists of seven chapters. Chapter1consists of the introduction of the application of "YiXiaoTong" in the industry. Chapter2introduces the current market situation and support of BaZhou "YiXiaoTong" industrial application. Chapter3is on the analysis and discussion of the development of the support system. Chapter4touches on the strategy and procedures on nurturing personnel while Chapter5is a discussion on developing a carrier-class "YiXiaoTong" platform and the management procedures. Chapter6is on the set of strategy to improve the service of "YiXiaoTong" to improve the customer satisfaction and Chapter7is the summary and forecast.
