In recent years, with the proposed concept of cloud computing, and widely applied in the Internet industry, such as Amazon, Alibaba, Google and other well-known Internet companies, telecom operators and network infrastructure as Internet service providers, also found a cloud calculations give themselves the benefits on business support systems.In China, telecom operators are seen as the forefront of the development of cloud computing enabler. How to better integrate the cloud computing technology into its business operation support system has became a problem for telecom operators.With the rapid development of mobile Internet, telecom operators’existing business system has been unable to meet the business needs of massive data. Traditional data storage mode does not have a good price on hardware investment, while traditional database cannot be mass-level (one hundred million) associated with the statistical analysis of data.The rise of cloud computing technology of the internet industry gives carriers a great revelation. In some business support systems, existing traditional system construction model is being replaced, or the traditional model and cloud computing system building mashups.Based on domestic telecom operators’ business support system, this paper gives a thorough analysis on telecom operators’ business support systems planning routes combined with the author’s practical project experience and the telecom operators’ overall goal of cloud systems. It also identifies the breakthrough point of cloud business support systems, to effectively improve system efficiency of the cloud without affecting the normal operation of other business systems.
