Research And Design For Operators Open Ability Based On Cloud Computing PaaS Services

With the popularity of Internet applications,the customers service requirement on the communication are now evolving into more and more individuation and diversity.Therefore it becomes more and more difficult for operators to use the existing communications products to meet customer demand mostly,especially in the mobile Internet era,in which the Long Tail Effect is so obvious.Hence,in recent years,with the rapid development of mobile Internet,the operators are now striving vigorously to construct their own enabler open platform to meet all kinds of requirement.However,during the enabler open platform construction and operation process,some problems were come across occasionally which resulted in the expectation not reached fully at all.As a consequence,the research that mainly based on the actual demand and production needs provided by a provincial operators firstly concentrated on optimizing and upgrading of existing enabler open which aggregated operators the enable set;Secondly,the thesis ameliorated the enabler open process which makes the enabler open platform more operational.In oder to amend the detachment between construction requirements and construction,theoretical and practical problems confronted by the enabler open platform normally,the paper establishes a new evaluation model.By combining the enabler open object with open technology drive,the paper also put forwards the framework of the enabler open platform which more properly fits the actual needs.At the same time,by overcoming the problems such as lengthy process,inconvenient operation,inferior aggregation ability,the paper propose a process-oriented method which reconstruct of the enabler open process.In the view of enabler calling,resource scheduling,resource adjustment,the paper analyze how to build process for the system optimization.Besides laying emphasis on the combination of theoretical research with practical work,the research set up a radio PaaS services experimental platform by which we can confirm the,theoretical results that we propose.Meanwhile,conform with the present hot topic,cloud computing PaaS concept-"on-demand,resource pooling,widely access,can be measured,elastic telescoping ability”,the paper delve into the optimized schemes to overcome the shortcomings owned by the existing open system.
