Application Research Of Cloud Computing Technology In Telecom Centralized Business Support System

The reorganization and integration of the domestic carriers and the issuance of3G licenses bringthe convengence of fixed and mobile services and overall competition among operators. The newsituation has stimulated the growth of new businesses, and new user groups, in particular, alongwith the popularity of smart phones, mobile data services developed rapidly.Other than traditional voice and SMS services, mobile data services has more frequent usage,larger concurrency and longer online time, bringing a lot of impact on operators business supportsystem, especially the offline and online billing system. On one hand, the operators would deal withthe quickly growing needs of business and number of subscribers. On the other hand, the operatorswould require reducing costs, improving efficiency. Cloud computing technology in theconstruction of IT systems is more and more used, gradually gained popularity. Cloud computingwith its low-cost, high-performance, scalability, and flexible deployment, plays a great role inapplication systems of large capacity and high concurrency, fitting telecommunications supportsystem’s requirements of centralization, vast quantity and high flexibility. Therefore, manyoperators began to consider using centralized and clouded computing solutions.Based on AsiaInfo-Linkage cloud billing system developed for China Mobile Southern BaseProject, this thesis discusses system architecture, functional domains, main module design andimplementation of cloud billing system; elaborate in detail about the data access module intechnology and methods, such as requiement analysis, detailed design, coding and testing. By theoverall test in laboratory, the correctness and effectiveness of the research work mentioned in thisthesis are verified well.
