The Research Of Modes And Optimization Of Growing Economic Crops Under Forest For Sanming City

Growing economic crops under forest, as a novel outcome of collective forest right system reform, is one of the main forms of modern forestry industry. Sanming City with abundant forest resources and species resources has forest area of28.42million mu accounting for82.5%of the total land area and76.8%of forest coverage rate. How to use forest advantages to improve economy and the quality of people’s lives simultaneously and develop ordinately economy and ecological environment is an urgency. The development of forest economy has a important impact on farmers’ income, forestry restructuring, reform of collective forest right system and so on.In this paper, the meaning and rationale of growing economic crops under forest was researched. The current situations and problems of economic development in Sanming forest were analyzed using mode selection and optimization for the breakthrough point, building a index system, collecting first-hand information and the use of DEA model of economic development for the forest Sanming objective evaluation. It turns out that technical efficiency and scale efficiency of main mode of forest economy in Sanming is relatively low, which is supposed to be adjusted and improved. And some suggestions to promote economic development in Sanming forest was put forward, which providing a reference for the forest economic development of Sanming City.
