Research On Government To Promote The Characteristic Agriculture Industry Development

Characteristic agriculture industry can combine the production-development, the life-leisure with the ecology-civilization efficiently in order to make people and nature live in harmony. Promoting the development of characteristic agriculture industry is the strategy to improve the agricultural competitiveness of our country, and it is also the important measures to improve people’s livelihood and make farmers’ agriculture dream come true. In addition, it’s of positive meaning for realizing the modernization of agriculture.This article studies the contents concerned about promoting characteristic agriculture industry from the perspective of the government. It uses the correlative theories of characteristic agriculture industry and government function, taking the case of Guanxi honey pomelo industry in Pinghe, Fujian. It analyses that the Pinghe government promotes the formation and development of Guanxi honey pomelo industry and finds the insufficiency of the current development of honey pomelo industry, which applies literature study, field survey, inductive analysis and some other methods.It mainly performs in these aspects:the destruction of the ecological environment, the industrialization in relatively low level, facing severe market risk, the impairment of brand reputation and so on. Then, this article analyzes the causes according to those shortcomings, finding that government should reinforce the cultivation management, financial investment and brand regulation. Finally, it puts forward the suggestions on the upgrade industry of characteristic agriculture. It includes leading the industrial development planning, supporting the development of corporate champion, accomplishing the service of agricultural research and innovation, reinforcing the market regulation, expanding the subject of agricultural production and management.
