The Analysis Of The Current Situation And Countermeasure Of Rural Land Transfer In Fujian Dehua

Land as a means of production has a very important role in the sociol-economic development,particularly for farmers, it is not only one of the means of production, but also an important lifeprotection. Because of China’s large population, per capita land is very limited, the problem of “manypeople but less land” is very prominent, and the land is necessary factor for farmers in agriculturalproduction., land in agriculture, rural areas is very important. If landless farmers can not makeagricultural production, and it can not protect our country’s food security, social stability and healthydevelopment of the national economy. However, due to rapid economic development since the reformand opening up, the process of urbanization progresses, more and more farmers choose to work in cities,leading to rural land abandoned a serious phenomenon. In addition, due to the small area of landoccupied to each farmer, large-scale operation of agricultural production is difficult to achieve, whichleads to the scarcity of land resources are not the most effective using.Land transfer is a key means of achieving large-scale operation of rural land. Through land transfer,the land rests in each farmer’s hands can be focused into a farmer or a few large-scale farmers forlarge-scale and intensive production, can also transfer the land to the local leading enterprises ortownship business,so as to enable adequate and rational land use and increase productivity of ruralland.This paper begins with an overview of domestic and foreign research on rural land circulationprofiles and related theories, starting from the current situation of rural land of Dehua in FuJianprovince, specifically elaborated the land transfer characteristics, problems and results have achieved ofDehua; and then use of empirical analysis methods for regression analysis of survey data, in-depthanalysis of the relevant factors of rural land circulation and what cause land circulation problems ofDehua. Finally, there is the view of the current rural land transfer process Dehua issues and relatedfactors, and put forward some strategies to accelerate rural land development of Dehua. It Mainlyincludes the following aspects: improving policies that is not conducive to rural land circulation;perfecting rural land market, developing the land transfer intermediary organizations; strengtheningthe control and regulate of land using and so on.
