The core competencies of the enterprise survival needs constant, includingproduct innovation ability; Resource integration ability; Talent competition and brandcompetition ability etc., but should be more need is the ability to retain customers.Through left the client side, the most effective means that is the core competitiveness ofthe enterprise need most. Retaining customers means there are many, such as: rich andcolorful creative marketing, cost-effective products, and meticulous after-sales service,etc. Through a series of early stage, so that customers satisfied with the products,satisfied with the service, satisfied with the course of using, this is the key to leave thecustomer side. With the increasing competition in the market, single marketing isdifficult to support customers growing demand for services, more difficult to maintain ahigh customer satisfaction. With the diversification of the service means, logisticsservice has become reduce customer complaints, improve customer satisfaction. And bystrengthening the logistics management, improve logistics service level is direct way oflogistics service. So, the means of logistics management has become a modernenterprise can leave the customer side, important way to improve the corecompetitiveness and create profits.Based on DG heavy industry company as an example, this paper based on theunderstanding and analysis of enterprise logistics present situation, relying on customersatisfaction survey results, closely combining the actual requirement of privatemanufacturing, put forward the constructive method of logistics management in privatemanufacturing industry to be able to provide a low cost, high efficiency and profitmaximization of the logistics management method, verify the improved customersatisfaction is the most important ways to strengthen logistics management, it isconcluded that the logistics management can effectively improve the conclusion of logistics service and improve customer satisfaction. In this paper, based on the actualapplication needs, the quantitative theory research and practical investigation andresearch method of combining system analysis. And by reference to the reading of vastamount of literature and empirical case as a theoretical basis. To further validate theperfect logistics management way is to reduce customer complaints, the most importantways of improving customer satisfaction.
