Nowadays, with the development of electronic information and network technology, China’s B2 C e-commerce develop rapidly. But at the same time of rapid development of e-commerce, consumer satisfaction of online shopping, especially logistics distribution satisfaction is low, lead to bad consumer shopping experience. To realize the importance of logistics distribution in e-commerce and improve the logistics distribution customer satisfaction further, is the key way for e-commerce enterprises to gain market competitiveness.This thesis firstly build the theoretical basis, describe the relationship of the B2 C e-commerce and logistics distribution, two typical logistics distribution mode of B2 C e-commerce, the situation of B2 C e-commerce enterprise, at the same time, research the current customer satisfaction situation of B2 C e-commerce, the influences of logistics distribution on customer satisfaction and B2 C e-commerce customer satisfaction evaluation index system.Secondly, based on the research of the basis theory, constructs the research framework, put forward thesis assumptions. After the assumptions, according to the evaluation index system design the questionnaire, college students are the research object, research field is cosmetics products, at the same time determine the questionnaire collection methods and data analysis methods. After through questionnaire to collect the basic information of the respondents, satisfaction index score and satisfaction for B2 C e-commerce logistics distribution. After taking back questionnaire, entry questionnaire data and processing data through SPSS software, descriptive statistics analysis, reliability test and validity test, correlation analysis and regression analysis, through statistical characteristic value to text thesis hypothesis, the hypothesis is the conclusions.In the last part of the thesis, analyze data and draw the conclusion. Analyze the existing problems of B2 C e-commerce logistics distribution service and put forward countermeasures for B2 C e-commerce logistics distribution. In addition, in the end also points out the limitation in the process of research and the future research direction.
