Core competencies are the most necessary and constant elements for the enterprise survive in the current competitive market environment. It includes product innovation ability, resource integration ability, talent competition and brand competition ability etc.And the aim of all the abilities is to retain the customers. So retaining the customers is the most valuable core competencies by all kinds of effective measures. There are series kinds of methods to retain the customers under our sustained effort in different early stage and periods. Such as bringing out colorful and rich creative marketing ideas, provide cost—effective products and offer meticulous after-sales service. If the customers satisfied with the products, satisfied with the service and the co urse of using, then it is easy to retain the customers for us. With the increasing competition in the market,single marketing strategy is difficult to support and full fill customers growing demand on services, and also more difficult to maintain high level customer satisfaction.With the diversification of the service methods, logistics service is becoming more and more available to reduce customer complaints and improve customer satisfaction. Strengthening the logistics management is the most direct method to improve the logistics service level. S o,the modem logistics management has been playing more and more important roles on improving the core competitiveness, maximize enterprise profits and even retain the customers forever.In this thesis, we take JM company as an example, based on the understanding and analysis for the enterprise logistics present situation,relying on the customer satisfaction survey results,closely combining the actual requirement of JM company,then put forward the final constructive proposed method of logistics management in JM company to be able to provide a low cost,high efficiency and profit maximization. At the same time, we verified and made the conclusion that the logistics management method can effectively improve the logistics service and improve customer satisfaction. In this paper, based on the actual application needs,we made the systematic analysis base on theory research and practical investigation. Through reading vast amount of literature and emp irical case as a theoretical basis and reference, then we made the further validation. The perfect logistics management is the best method to reduce customer complaints and improve customer satisfaction.
