The Study Of Urbanization Midtown Village Renovation Issue

With the development of city urbanization, urban village renovationhas become a major bottleneck which restricts the healthy development ofthe city. Urban-village becomes a social problem from a local problem.Reconstruction of the urban village has gradually become the importantcontent for the rural people to improve the living environment and theland utilization rate. In the process of the transformation of villages in thecity, how to plan a reasonable design, how to solve the problems of urbanvillage efficiently and how to construct village-related projects better arebecoming the big problems that plague the development of the city.Studying related issues of urban village is of great significance.This paper is divided into four chapters. In the first chapter, it firstintroduces the "urban village" transformation and microscopicsignificance, introduces some basic problems about the "urban village",and introduces the research method and technical route，and this paperdiscusses the research trends at home and abroad, because of the "villagein city" is a social phenomenon peculiar to China, so the main part of theintroduction of the literature review is our countries. The second chapterfirst introduces the definition of related concepts about "urban village"and theoretical basis. This paper defines four concepts: the "village renovation","village-in-city", urbanization city planning and cityplanning. The application of the theory in this essay is the theory of cityplanning and two dual economy structure theory. Based on the Wenzhoucity "urban village" transformation, the chapter secondly explains whya choice of Wenzhou "village in city" transformation is made, introducesWenzhou city "urban village" transformation including the basic situationof the transformation range, policy, investment, transformation model,transformation strategy, finally discusses the questions emeryed in thetransformation process. The third chapter is the suggestions and Thoughtson the further reforms of "urban village renovation" takes, and thispaper considers the industrial guidance to promote service, strengthenimplementation, coordination of the interests of three parties, accordingto the actual situation, classifying reform as the best way in the lattertransformation. At last, this paper concludes the whole article and layoutssome prospects on the further research of ruban-village renovtionconstructions.
