In recent years, with circulation field and the active and prosperity of electronic commerce,the demand for express delivery market becomes strong. At the same time,with continuous opening of China’s express delivery market, foreign express, such as "four large families", appears in China,and private Courier companies rise, bringing the unprecedented impact to Chinese express which was once dominate in the market, as well as decreasing the market share and growth rate.With the strong demand for express service and the fierce market competition environment, it’s urgent for China’s postal service express delivery to further deepen the reform, innovate management ideas, implement correct and effective marketing model, speed up the postal express delivery of transformation and upgrading, promote enterprise’s core competitive ability, and establish the industry status of the postal service express delivery.Based on the CP Express&Logistics Co., Ltd. as an example for analysis and research, this paper first introduces the present status of CP Express&Logistics Co., Ltd., the development course. And opportunities and challenges, advantages and disadvantages are analyzed by using the SWOT analysis tool. Based on the effective analysis, and further analysis of the competitors from the eight elements of marketing model,optimize the traditional marketing mode innovation, and find out the suitable for China post express logistics development mode of marketing to solve the current situation of poor operation and development.In order to guarantee the smooth transition of marketing mode, five suggestions:network operations, human resources management, financial management and informationlization and standardization construction, are put forward.Considering customer needs as the priority, combining theory with practice, applying marketing research to CP Express&Logistics Co., Ltd., the marketing model transformation,improvement of the competitiveness of the enterprises, achievement of the change of the enterprise, and promotion of the healthy and rapid development of business are realized.
