Enter 2l century, private enterprises are faced with the external environment of global economic integration and the changing, increasingly fierce competition among enterprises. Especially since the Third Plenary Session of eighteen, China’s private economy gradually grow, while also facing pressure within the scientific management. In the current environment full of opportunities facing more need to actively implement change, a clear strategic direction, planning for the future development in order to explore the road of sustainable development. And one of the only way to promote private enterprise to grow and maintain a sustainable advantage in the market competition is to strengthen the internal scientific management, performance management in particular, by continuously improving the overall performance and the performance of all employees of the enterprise, in order to enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises.For an enterprise, the enterprise’s strategic objectives naturally requires enterprise employees to achieve, so companies implement all the changes are inseparable from the execution of employees, creativity and enthusiasm. Based on this, managers attach great importance and concern of human resource management, and human resource management system as the core of the enterprise performance management system, is the series link the entire human resource management system, the entire human resource management system is running normal and reasonable power lies, a sound performance management system is a strong business strategy to ensure effective implementation, and private enterprises should pay special attention to the establishment of more suited to their business performance management system, in order to realize their strategic objectives.Based on this, the company will XS private manufacturing enterprises as the research object, the company’s employee performance management system to re.build and implement. This paper first introduces the research on dynamic performance management and abroad, as well as relevant theories and methods, the use of the Balanced Scorecard(BSC) theory with key performance indicators(KPI) as the combination of the theoretical basis of this article to in the formative years of private enterprise XS company, for example, analysis of the company’s first XS background and current management status of performance, for the presence of XS corporate performance management issues as well as to analyze the causes of the company’s performance appraisal system XS re.build, and proposed a new protection factor performance management system, the last of the company in XS to analyze the implementation of performance management systems, the need to improve the proposal put forward in the future, reveals a new performance management system to some extent contributed to enhance internal management. The purpose of the paper is to study through the XS’s a fairly representative of the private manufacturing companies in the development of research in the performance management system, capable of others in the same environment, private enterprise has reference.
