An Empirical Analysis Of The Impact Of Private Equity Investment On Executive Performance Pay In Private Enterprises In China

Private-equity investments(Private Equity)refers to the public to raise funds by Private Equity of non-listed companies in the form of Equity investment,in the process of trading,and at the same time considering the exit way and the mechanism of the future,through listing,merger and acquisition or management repurchase and so on the way for selling the shares held by the profit.Foreign private equity funds in the 1990 s began to enter into the market in our country,has been developed for more than 20 years,formed a kind of innovative financial market,the formation of equity investment echelon,to include a startup,growth,mergers and acquisitions,restructuring to the final bankruptcy reorganization and so on various periods provided financial support for small and medium-sized enterprises.Private-equity prefer with high risk and high yield characteristics of high-tech enterprises,so more private equity investment exists in the sme board and growth enterprise market,it has to do with the gem listed companies generally have high growth feature matching,based on this,the private equity investment in the relationship between the sme and gem listed companies is of great necessity and realistic significance.There are few domestic studies on the impact of private equity investment on private enterprises,and some existing literatures have studied this aspect.However,most of the existing literatures only use the dummy variable of owning private equity investment to set the variable of private equity.There are relatively few empirical studies on the various classifications of private equity and the degree of its influence.There is still a lack of rigorous empirical evidence on the aspects through which private equity influences the operating performance of invested companies or the stock price performance in the capital market,and the conclusions drawn from the studies are inconsistent.Therefore,this paper will analyze the influence of private equity investment on executive performance pay in private enterprises from various aspects on the basis of existing literature research.In this paper,the research method of combining theoretical analysis and empirical analysis method,the integrated use of normative qualitative research and quantitative empirical research,comparative study and other research methods,the practical problems in the existing theory on the basis of in-depth study,based on analysis of China’s private enterprises to private equity executive performance salary of the enterprise.And the specific analysis of whether the shareholding ratio of private equity institutions will have different effects on the operating performance of private enterprises,in order to find out the impact of private equity investment on the executive performance pay of private enterprises and the extent of the impact.Data are collected and regression analysis is made to analyze the influence of investor participation,investor background,shareholding ratio and investor experience on performance pay of executives in private enterprises.Finally to the result...
