MCS(Management Consulting Schemes) system as a new diagnostic model, its modular enterprise diagnosis and through the introduction of man-machine integration intelligent technology, to make up for the shortcomings of the traditional enterprise diagnostic mode. MCS dose have a good of validity of the evaluation system, based on content validity to verify this and want to use it as a reference for constantly improving the enterprise diagnosis system provide the intended reference.Firstly, through the study of literature review, I understand the development and comprehensive evaluation method of enterprise diagnosis, and obtained from the content validity of the evaluation process in various fields enterprise diagnosis system for content validity evaluation framework, dimensions, indicators and other ideas and inspiration. Secondly, the framework, the MCS system overview study basic processes for later content validity evaluation study and lay a sound foundation. Then, the characteristics of the evaluation system based on MCS, its contents and validity assessment is divided into four dimensions, namely diagnostic system of information, method, process and thematic, content validity and construct its evaluation. Based on content validity assessment is based on the premise of reviewers gets the inevitable loss of information, evaluation method to the MCS system evaluating content validity studies. Finally, the evaluation system application and case against by MCS for content validity assessment, evaluation and analysis of the results showed that the system had better content validity, and compared with the clinical situation proves the enterprise diagnosis system content validity evaluation with good reliability and reasonable.This content validity evaluation system to identify MCS system content validity of advantages and disadvantages, for future research on the diagnosis system for promotion and improvement.
