| As the State Council published Views on Supporting Yunnan Province in Accelerating Building up the Bridgehead of Opening-up Facing Southwest in 2011,Yunnan province is becoming the forefront of reform and opening up in western China. Kunming, the capital of Yunnan province, has prominent regional advantages,convenient traffic and abundant resources to develop export-oriented economy.Kunming Changshui International Airport, which opened in 2012, is the fourth major hub and gateway of China after Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou. As the airport’s influence on economic development has become stronger, air-transportation related economic zone will become the new engine of promoting the economic development of Kunming.The area that 10~20 kilometers from the airport is the best choice to develop the airport economy. Kunming Yanglin Air-transportation Related Economic Zone is about 12 kilometers from Changshui International Airport, and the zone is strongly committed to the development of new chemical materials industry, information industry, modern logistics industry and other new industries, which can be the leading industries of Air-transportation Related Economic Zone.Through the internship in the The Administration Committee of Kunming Yanglin Air-transportation Related Economic Zone, I had made a in-depth study about the zone. And I found that the export-oriented enterprises in the Kunming Yanglin Air-transportation Related Economic Zone have problems. So a policy system for the export-oriented enterprises in the zone should be taken.This thesis first introduces the background, meaning, means and structure of the study. Then it comprehensively reviews the theories about the air-transportation related economic zone and the export-oriented enterprises, briefly introduces the development of Kunming Yanglin Air-transportation Related Economic Zone. Use it as the basis, the thesis analyzes the necessity to taken the policy support system forthe export-oriented enterprises in the Kunming Yanglin Air-transportation Related Economic Zone, the supply policy of the zone and the demand policy of the export-oriented enterprises in the zone. Finally, the thesis put forward some effective suggestions about how to build a policy support system for the export-oriented enterprises in the Kunming Yanglin Air-transportation Related Economic Zone according to the analysis. And hope this thesis will be helpful for the Kunming Yanglin Air-transportation Related Economic Zone to support the development of its export-oriented enterprises. |
