Evaluation And Analysis Of The Quality Of The Chi Feng Countryside Development

After a rapid development in the urbanization of our country, our government begun to pay attention to the development of the rural areas, take the industry nurture agriculture and cities support rural road. The government for ten consecutive years will be "three rural issues" as the central document. In support of national, regional rural economy has increased, the increase of agricultural scale, yield increase. The development of countryside should not only be the increased ecnomic of the countryside, also the both advancement of quantity and quality. Agricultural production, farmer life is to improve the quality of rural core marker development and key points, while the rural area’s economic development and social development measure is the seat of rural development potential.Therefore, the four driving factors of countryside quality and the balance of these factors reflect the development process of countryside quality; also indicate its future trend. It has become the new research and practice directions for countryside quality. This article takes ChiFeng City as an example, evaluates the countryside development quality. This research makes a new attempt for the countryside development quality theory, and provides reference and basis for detenning the reasonable policy.This article establishes an evaluation index system of countryside development quality from the level of agriculture, production, famer life, rural area’s economic and social development. Each banner of ChiFeng City is evaluated in 5 years respectively. The result shows that the development of countryside development quality in HongShan,YuanBaoshan and SongShan is better; the overall score of Northern Chifeng is better than Southern Chifeng. Also selected ten years data of Chifeng City, from the above four dimensions of quality development in rural areas of Chifeng city development results show, Chifeng city in ten years the quality of rural development has been on an upward trend of development. Then analyze the factors of the countryside development quality. Finally, put forward the feasible countermeasure about improve the ChiFeng countryside development quality.
