Eco-industrial Park (EIP), as a new development pattern for industrial park, has become an important way to sustainable development after presented in 1990s,China’s national economic and social development, the Twelfth Five Year Plan proposed:, we should construct and renovate of all types of industrial parks in accordance with the requirements of circular economy planning However, basic issues concerning eco-industrial park development,such as the way how eco-industrial park is established, the mechanism it used,and the path it takes are yet to be addressed.Based on the above understanding, this paper by adopting research method of literature review, research methods combining theory and practice, has analyzed from the self-organization theory and sustainable theory, integrated to form a theory of self-organization characteristics and patterns of ecosystems, revealed self-organizing mechanisms linking between sustainable development and eco-industrial park, It drew some lessons through the analysis of eco-industrial park so that our eco-industrial parks can go on the right path of sustainable development.In this paper, taking four kinds of methods are taken:1, literature study. Through the collection, identification, sorting of documents, and through the study of literature, scientific understanding of the facts. Are of the formatedion of the facts. Through collect, review and analyze books, newspapers and a library of electronic resources concerning for information on eco-industrial park to collect, review and analysis, to strengthen the accumulation of relevant knowledge is strengthened. It is also an effective way to track the latest research abroad,2 Analysis and synthesis. Analyze respectively from the perspective of self-organization theory and sustainable development theory, the formation of self-organized comprehensive ecosystem characteristics and model theory, it reveals the relationship of sustainable development of eco-industrial parks and self-organizing mechanisms.3 Combination of dynamic analysis and static analysis. Based on the principle of self-organization, self-organizing mechanisms of continuous, eco-industrial park system, process analysis, is the dynamic analysis; Characteristics of the sustainable development of eco-industrial park, then a static analysis.4, Methods integrating theory with practice, reality with history.It can correctly grasp the development trajectory of eco-industrial parks, and summarize the status quo and inadequacy.This is divided into five chapters altogether. The first chapter is an introduction. It divides into two parts:purpose and significance of the paper and literature review.The second chapter is the theoretical basis and features. The chapter starts with the basic theory of eco-industrial park system. It analyzes the eco-industrial parks, eco-industrial park system, and its characteristics; then expounds the theory of the basic content of self-organization, theoretical system of evolution and development of building eco-industrial park; and then moves onto the basic concept of the sustainable development through these three concepts, a comparative analysis, of the features of eco-industrial park is formed.The third chapter is the issue of sustainable development of eco-industrial park. This chapter provides an overview of the sustainable development of eco-industrial park from the perspective of existing.problems, then explores the subjective and objective aspects of their reasons, and finally talks about the characteristics of sustainable development in order to give corresponding suggestions and countermeasures for the challenge in a better way.The fourth chapter is about self-organizing mechanisms for sustainable development of eco-industrial Park. This chapter begins with self-organizing conditions for sustainable development of eco-industrial parks, its pathways, and dynamic analysis. Since the organizational conditions EIPs are dissipative structure theory, dissipative feedback mechanism to explore eco-industrial park systems and dissipative feedback mechanisms, the final study eco-industrial park in the system, "fluctuation" phenomenon. This phenomenon is not only eco-industrial park itself with dissipative structures, but also the evolution of the development of power generation prerequisite. Ultra-cycle theory and catastrophe theory of self-organizing way to explore the issue of evolution and development of eco-industrial park. Eco-industrial park inside different factors, combined with super-cycle is different subsystems of eco-industrial park since the evolution of the internal organization of Way, gradients, and the mutation is an external self-organized evolution of eco-industrial park development realization. Discusses the eco-industrial park system self-organizing power of the formation mechanism of coordination on the basis of the theoiy, the wheels produce eco-industrial park formation mechanism of the process of the order parameter and the power of self-organization in the role of the original mechanism.The fifth chapter is the strategy of self-organizing mechanisms of EIP development Sustainable development of eco-industrial park is a closely associated with social, economic, resource, environmental and ecological problems. Starting from the functions of the system construction, self-development of the park and the role the government plays, the chapter researches the countermeasure system of EIP development in a comprehensive way.
