| After 30 years of reformation and opening up to the outside world, the economy in our country has passed the shortage economy era, especially to the developed coastal areas which have entered the competition era of relative surplus of goods. The retail markets in Ningbo have to meet the situations of competition with each other, including shop with the store channel war, the supermarket price war, for the commercial site promotion war, the war for talent, this vicious competition escalating brought grim challenge to the survival and development of enterprises.Affected by the external economic environment and internal factors, Xinjiangxia supermarket has to face the biggest difficulties since it was founded. How to help the enterprises out of the predicament and how to find the new solutions become really important to us. This article has conducted the thorough research from the company’s supply chain strategy perspective.Based on the process analysis and the formulation of company of supply chain strategy, this article put theory with practice. And it uses the "PEST" model comprehensively. We analyzed the macroeconomic environment that company faced. We also analyzed the industry competition through the "five forces" model. With the usage of "SWOT" model, we analyzed the opportunities and challenges, advantages and disadvantages of enterprises by comparison methods. Meanwhile, we also analyzed the enlightenment of successful experience of benchmarking enterprises. At the same time, we quoted internal business of large amounts of data in Jingjiangxia supermarket with the purpose of making the strategy with pertinence, practicality and operability. In this paper, by making the company supply chain development strategy, we hope to help the company find a promotion of core competence development road. |
