Research On The Evaluation System Of Synergy Innovation Network Of Enterprise Cluster

With the accelerated process of economic integration, the world economy has accelerated development, enterprise cluster has developed rapidly and become an important force in the world economy. Enterprise cluster is develop ing and changing in constant, whether the external environment of the enterprise cluster or the elements of the enterprise cluster are likely to change, and will have more or less influence for the development of enterprise clusters. But the single enterprise innovation faces the problem, such as high risk, shortage of resources and so on. Collaborative innovation has become increasingly important.In this paper, on the basis of previous studies, build a conceptual model of enterprise synergy innovation network cluster, and construct enterprise cluster innovation network. On the basics of the construction of synergy innovation network of Enterprise C lusters, expound the features and effect of synergy innovation network of enterprise clusters. This paper combines with literature method, questionnaire method and principal component analysis method to construct the evaluation system of collaborative innovation of enterprise cluster. From the five dimensions of collaborative the innovation investment, the collaborative innovation output, the collaborative innovation conversion, the collaborative innovation stability and the collaborative innovation environment, and further build the 26 secondary indexes. Combinie with the fuzzy hierarchy comprehensive evaluation method with synergy innovation network evaluation system in order to quantitative evaluation, and apply evaluation system and method to Zibo High-tech enterprises as a case. Obtain the result of the synergy innovation performance is good, combine the calculation results with the corresponding of analysis and explain, and combine the calculation results are given the corresponding analysis.Finally, the paper put forward a series of suggestions and measures to Zibo high-tech enterprises. This research can provide some reference for synergy innovation in the Zibo high- tech enterprise.
