| With the rapid development of modern economic and industrial 4.0 technologies, the demand for passenger safety and comfort is increasing. October 10, 2014, Chinese Premier Li Keqiang in Berlin with Chancellor of the Federal Republic of Germany Angela Merkel co-chaired the third round of the Sino-German government consultations and issued a "Sino-German cooperation in the Platform for Action", outline content "Industry 4.0 cooperation" quite impressive. This paper’s main study object ATMO3 is an auto parts machine research and development, manufacturing, service branch invested by Germany BOSCH Group in Suzhou. ATMO3 is running under project management system. Namely, project manager organizes function department responsibilities to analyze customer requirements, handle quotation and order processing, handle project management and after sales service of main activities of the company running. Therefore, how to design an effective incentive and evaluation mechanisms for ATMO3 sales department related project manager has become one of the major issues facing the company.The first part of this article puts forward the research background and the thought of topic selection. The second part introduces the theory of performance management, and project management in all aspects, characteristics and key elements. The third part of this article introduces ATMO3 project manager performance management situation and existing problems. Part IV uses MBO, balanced scorecard and key performance indicators and other methods to do project manager performance evaluation system targeted research and design. Part V and VI, respectively, introduce the follow-up measures and further research topics. In this paper, ATMO3 project manager performance assessment is discussed and summarized the important conclusions, which not only has important guiding significance for ATMO3 project management within the company, but also provides a useful reference for other auto parts company. |
