As a successful case of government reform in the help of latest information technology, its practical effect has achieved good social effect and economic benefits; and as a pillar of the national economy and the important growth, the real estate has made great contribution to China’s rapid economic growth.so the latest information technology should be used in the real estate administrative management, for it has important strategic significance to carry out real estate e-government.After years of development, real estate has been effectively promote e-government, e-government systems and portals improved the development of real estate rapidly. However, real estate e-government has not come to its contribution to the national economy, information has not reach the corresponding level. There exist problems of duplication of investment, development imbalancement, the most serious one is the "information island" problem, the e-government system of each department has played a huge role in the development of real estate. But most systems are not sharing the information each other, such as the islands in the information ocean, such precious datum was wasted, have not formed a joint force, the implementation of the effect of e-government has not reached the expectation effect.This article begins with the survival environment of "information island", analysis the whole period of e-government development, and typical manifestations and causes of China’s current real estate e-government "information island", this paper chooses Taizhou city as the case to analysis, try to find out the corresponding countermeasure step by step, finally, a feasible improvement plan and solution is put forward.
