Study On Rural Land Circulation Under The New Situation

Three rural issues——agriculture, rural areas and farmers——play a great part of China,attracting the attention of each session of the government.But as economy keeps developing and the deepening of Reform and Opening-up,three rural issues have changed as time goes by.lt can be proved that land issue is the key to the construction of new socialist countryside,which is the main obstacle of agriculture development.Since the final two decades of the 20th century,China has been making household management as the basis of rural operations.But today defects of this policy appeared gradually.This article take Longgang Town,Yangxin County as a sample,trying to analyze how to deal with the problem of land transfer under new conditions.There are mainly five parts.The first part involves the introduction about the background and meaning of the study,article reviews and the method used in this articleThe second part is about the situation of Longgang Town’s land transfer and the town’s practices and experience.The third part makes Longgang Town as example,list the problems during the land transfer and try to find out the reason.The forth part gives out some reasonable advice.
