Nowadays, corporate culture becomes an important factor in the rapid development of an enterprise. As an organizational communicator of the enterprise and the main channel for spreading the corporate culture, enterprise journal is becoming more and more popular. However, at present the function of an enterprise journals does not work well, it is necessary for us to consider how to make the enterprise journal a better service to the enterprise culture construction.In this paper, we will analyze how an enterprise journal spread its corporate culture in a corporation. At first, the thesis outlies the meanings, functions and relationships about the enterprise journal and corporate culture. Based on the Terrence Deal and Allan Kennedy’s corporate culture theory, the thesis explores the corporate culture of Grand Parma——the journal of the Grand Parma (China) Co. Ltd by case and content analysis. It founds that the enterprise journal is rich in information on corporate culture, it is the important corporate culture rebuilder. In the enterprise journal, the macro and micro corporate environment of an enterprise is clearly presented. It also indicates the values of the corporate culture. Heroes of the enterprise and cultural ritual are well used to spread its corporate culture. But the corporate culture network needs further development.The enterprise journal develops at a high speed recently. However, the quality of an enterprise journal is affected by various factors. Many enterprise journals can’t spread the corporate culture well. So this paper attempts to explore some strategies. Through continuous improvement and innovation, the development of the enterprise Journal will coordinate with the development of the corporate culture. Furthermore, we hope this paper will help other enterprises in improving their quality of enterprise journal and the spreading of corporate culture. |
