Development Of Shipping Industry: Focus On Xijiang River Drainage Area Of Guangxi

Characteristic economy is to promote a relatively backward area starts the route one must take more healthy and rapid development, but the unreasonable development of an area characteristic economy, it is with great destructiveness to the overall economy of an area. How we close to find a reasonable direction of characteristic economy development of the Pearl River Delta, development is relatively backward in the Xijiang River of Guangxi, became the core topic of this article.The Xijiang River of Guangxi in economically underdeveloped, and human resources in a massive outflow of state, government investment in a state of relatively blind, so, we need to develop new marine industry to the economic role of Xijiang River area as the disturbance factors, West River Basin related city county government as the main body, through the method of SWOT, in-depth study of Xijiang river because the development of new shipbuilding industry may bring opportunities and challenges, and three-dimensional, according to SWOT rules, formulate corresponding strategies. The reason why we use SWOT method, is in the hope that the in-depth development of new shipbuilding industry at the same time, as far as possible to play the advantage, avoid risks, seize opportunities, overcome challenges, the Xijiang River Basin counties and urban economic development model in ship industry at the same time, to develop more far-reaching.This paper thinks, the Xijiang River is one of the main stream of the Pearl River, the Xijiang River Basin area alone, more than the world famous the Rhine catchment area. But, as inland river shipping of Xijiang River Basin as the Xijiang River economic environment, has been in a undeveloped and underdeveloped state. How can we make full use of the Xijiang River location advantage, resource reasonable development of Xijiang River waters, through the development of shipbuilding industry, shipping industry support, drive the Xijiang River Basin in commodities trading, and a full range of pulling the Xijiang River economy, are the focus of this research.At the end of this paper for the Xijiang River Basin counties and urban government in-depth development of new shipbuilding industry and puts forward corresponding opinions and suggestions.
