River economic belt to rise to the national strategy formally.It is also the first regional development planning that connects the provinces of eastern and western regions and across different development phases of regional directly.It will be beneficial to promote the development of the Pearl River-Xijiang River economic belt regional economic integration and the rational flow of resources across regions and optimize configuration.Realizing the regional resources sharing.Form the reasonable division of labor between cities.Creating new economic growth point and enhancing regional competitiveness.It is also of great significance to explore China's new model about inter-provincial and inter-basin regional economic cooperation and development.In order to study urban industrial spatial structure system in the Pearl River-Xijiang River economic belt.Through the combination of qualitative and quantitative method.From the urban industrial division perspective,using city relative specialization index and relative professional specialization index between cities and industry index of three indicators to measure for the Pearl River-Xijiang River economic belt industrial division.Then discussing the industrial structure and internal relation between cities by using the grey relational analysis method of location entropy.From 2005 to 2015,research shows that the city specialization index of the Pearl River-Xijiang River economic belt shows an upward trend generally.By the city industry specialization level is higher and higher,each city formed its own advantageous industry gradually.Except the specialization index of some cities shows a trend of decline,the urban industrial structure is still in the homogeneous development.In most cities,the trend of industrial homogenization has decreased.In2015,the relative specialization index between cities rise generally.Each city is developing in a professional direction as a whole.The tertiary industry structure ofeach city has large similarity.The development of each city is in some certain of homogeneity.Industrial structure has a greater convergence.There is no formation of well-defined industrial division of labor between cities.But the difference of the primary and the secondary industry between cities are very big.According to the municipal resources endowment advantage,each city has different development degree.The industrial structure between cities is obvious divergence,each city has formed a specialized division of labor.Analyzing the impact of industrial structure on the economic growth with the analysis of the shift-share analysis method.Analysis found that the growth rate of the Pearl River-Xijiang River economic belt in 2012-2014 is greater than the country's growth rate.The share of industrial structure and competitiveness are greater than zero.Reflecting the Pearl River-Xijiang River economic belt has a certain location and industrial structure.The growth is also higher than the national economic development in 2014-2016,but the growth rate is slowing.The competitive share of2014-2016 is reducing a lot than 2012-2014.The location advantages turn into a disadvantage.The industrial structure deviation share with nearly 40% of economic growth than 2012-2014.It is the main factor to promote the Pearl River-Xijiang River economic belt economic growth in 2014-2016.According to three shift-share subsidiary of industry,the total deviation of the first industry of the Pearl River-Xijiang River economic belt in 2012-2014 is negative.The share of industrial structure deviation and competitiveness are also negative.The first industry development in the country is in a state of decline.The total deviation of the second industry is positive.The industrial structure deviation share and competitiveness share are in a offset trend each other.The development prospect is not optimistic.The second industry location advantage is the main factor to promote the second industry economic growth.The internal structural advantage of the tertiary industry is the main factor to promote the growth of tertiary industry.The total deviation of the first industrial structure of the Pearl River-Xijiang River economic belt in 2014-2016 has increased significantly from 2012-2014,the first industry has been rising in the whole country.The total deviation of the second industry is less than 0,there is a downward trend compared to 2012-2014,the second industry development in the country is in a state of decline.The competitive share further increase,but the industrial structure deviation share component is further reduced,the reduction is greater than the increase rate,showing a negative situation.It should adjust the industrial structure of the second industry timely.The total deviation of tertiary industry is less than 0.It shows a precipice type,the original locational disadvantage become more worse,the advantage of the industry structure of the tertiary industry drives the economic growth is increasingly obvious,but also offset locational disadvantage.According to the present situation and characteristics of the industrial spatial structure of the Pearl River-Xijiang River economic belt and the economic impact of the industrial structure.The empirical conclusion is that the urban development model is different and the division of labor between cities is not reasonable.The distinction between urban superior industries is not high and the industrial level is generally low.The share of urban industry is declining,the industrial structure is not enough.The disadvantage of the third industry is obvious,and the transformation and upgrading is difficult.The policy implications for us are to promoting inter-city
