With the d omestic and foreign related research and case, as well as the development and features of the dom estic automobile market as the s tarting point, this paper refers to the marketing analysis of Buick Brand in Qinhuangdao, which has very important theoretical and practical significance of th e research at hom e and abroad for other brands in the region an d even the whole country’ s brand m arket share. It also shows the trend of the au tomobile market in wide scope through analyzing the change of pr oduction capacity, market and product structure of all the major auto companies at the new age.With the sustained and rapid developm ent of econom y in our country and people’s life improving day by day, automobile has become a m ust in our life. Prosperity of the dom estic automobile market has changed greatly-from the malformation of pathological blowout deve lopment to the present dominant rational consumption. Facing the fierce competition in the automobile market, Buick, as gm’s brand,obtains a solid footing in the market through a series of markting methods. This paper persisting in combining theory and practice, specially analyses Buick ’s marketing idea in Qinhuangdao and puts forward some suggestion on m arketing adjustment on the basis of regional characteristics of the market in Qinhuangdao and Buick’s marketing position.By Qinhuangdao Buick study shows: out standing management personnel and technical personnel is a key factor in the su ccess of a business, but also to verify the corporate image, the importance of brand image, and prom ote the concept of the importance of corporate i mage.
