China’s auto service industry within five years from the beginning has become the world’s size, enterprises need a large number of professional and technical personnel, but society cannot provide more high-quality talent in a short time. So the loss of talent in the industry to become a common phenomenon, job-hopping phenomenon is serious, the company can’t build a stable team, the development of the enterprise is a huge hidden trouble. How can keep its enterprises to establish a stable talent team, at the same time training follow-up talents become a problem need to solve. Due to different companies have their own problems, but I haven’t much chance to communicate with each other, so can’t very good very comprehensive reaction of all the problems within the industry.In this paper, from the strategic guiding ideology of A company, analyzing the problems facing the auto service industry human resources, and according to the company’s objective reality and the focus of the policy to redesign the company’s human resources system puts forward the countermeasures. In this paper, the KB auto service company, analyzing the present situation and problems of staff incentive mechanism in KB auto service company background, investigation about the present situation of KB auto service company, incentives, according to the survey and analysis, comprehensive analysis about the present situation of KB auto service company incentive mechanism.
