With the deepening of reform and opening up, Chinese economic develop rapidly, the insurance industry has also ushered in opportunities for development, showing a momentum of vigorous development, providing the powerful support for the economic development and people’s livelihood security. At the same time enterprises are facing increasingly fierce competition, talent is the most valuable resource of enterprise in the competition, performance management as the core content of human resource management is particularly important for enterprise management. The enterprise arise a variety of management issues,the enterprise performance management system can’t meet the need of the development under the new situation.So there is an important significance of using advanced performance management to cope with the market competition.In this paper, we take the Ping An Property Insurance Hengyang branch subordinating to Ping An insurance(Group) Chinese Limited by Share Ltd(hereinafter referred to as the " P ") for example, combining theory of performance management at home and abroad, further P company to field data acquisition( Enterprise interview and questionnaire),through the thorough analysis to point out the problems, and put forward the improvement scheme scientific and reasonably. This paper not only for P Company to solve the problem of the enterprise performance management, but also has the certain reference significance for other companies to solve management problems similar.
