Construction Leveland Development Model Research On Smart City Of Nanchang City

Along with the rapid advance of urbanization, the urban population, environment, energy, and social management problems highlighted increasingly, becoming the important factor of restricting city development. Since the concept of "smart city" is raised, the nations of the world are devoted to wisdom city construction in the army.At present, the domestic study of wisdom city is still in the primary stage, the definition and connotation is not unified, and authoritative definition, also did not form a set of smart city’smature evaluation index system. Many intelligent cities for the construction of the project has certain blindness, lead to repeat construction, and "information island" phenomenon, the actual effect is not obvious. Therefore, build a set of science, system and operability of the smart city evaluation system is of great urgency.Nanchang city was established as China’s smart pilot cities at 2013, for the analysis of Nanchang smart construction city’s development, this article first analyses the existing research results at home and abroad,including connotation of the concept, characteristics and key technology, and puts forward the author’s understanding of smart city, thus concludes that the four subsystems of intelligent city. And then analyses the typical global smart city construction condition. Using the analytic hierarchy process AHP and Delphi method to construct the wisdom based economy, science and technology, intelligent life, the wisdom of the urban environment evaluation index system aiming at the present stage of development level. Finally, evaluate the Nanchang intelligence development level of urban construction, according to Nanchang smart city development level based on Internet technology of things the PPP construction and operation of Nanchang city development model wisdom, and gives countermeasures and development path.Research shows that, this Article builds the evaluation system has a certain scientific nature and operability, the empirical results conform to the Nanchang smart city construction development the truth. The evaluation index system not only broadens the research field of vision, but also has theory value on evaluation of smart city,and a certain practical value the smart Nanchang city and other cities of China urban construction practice.
