In this background, the research of Hu Bei rural industrial structure adjustment and upgrading is very necessary and urgent, has important theoretical and realistic significance. After joining the WTO; China’s domestic economy pattern has undergone profound changes; industrial restructuring is imminent. And in recent years; the government taking the optimization and adjustment of industrial structure as the focus of economic development; increase the investment on industrial restructuring; rural industrial structure adjustment will certainly entered into a stage of rapid development. Rural industrial structure as an important part of the whole industrial architecture; will enter into a strategic adjustment. The industrial structure is the part of the industry of the country or region; including the inter-industry resource configuration status; level of development as well as the ties between technological and economic. Namely the reasonable of industrial structure is affected by local consumption level, natural endowments; technological level, investment and many other factors. In recent years; the adjustment of agriculture industrial structure has become an important means and policy measures to meet the market demand of China’s agriculture; increase farmers’ income. For a long time agriculture income has been the main source of income of the farmers’; but with the depth adjustment of agricultural structure; the income sources of farmers’showing diversity; The proportion of revenue in the secondary and tertiary industries is getting higher and higher. The study found that the adjustment of agricultural structure is an important strategy to increase the economic efficiency of agriculture and the farmers’ income.The article take the agricultural industrial structure in Hu Bei province as the research object, using literature research, statistical comparison analysis and econometrics analysis methods, etc.; using the combination of quantitative and qualitative analysis method to explore the agricultural industrial structure adjustment’s influence on farmers’ income.
