Inner Mongolia Coal Resources Exhausted City Transformation Effect And Influence Factors Research

The state official established 69 resource-exhausted cities transformation pilot in three batches at present. Due to various cities in which different location, natural conditions, industrial base and other aspects, effect become different as well after several years of efforts.Therefore, it is necessary to seek for widely used transformation way.Transformation effects index system has been built based on the content of the constituent elements and transition effects, combined domestic and international resource-exhausted cities in transition-related theories and empirical research, through regional economics, industrial economics, economic geography, urban geography. Meanwhile, based on the statistics from City Wuhai, with the aid of Grey Relational Analysis Method, it is measured combined effect exhausted coal resource city evaluation method from the economy, industry structure,society, resources and environment. And obtain City Wuhai transformation phase in which these four aspects, and summed up the effectiveness of the overall transformation of City Wuhai for horizontal longitudinal comparative analysis.This thesis presents the impact of the transition effect of five assumptions factors on transformation effects: ownership structure,human capital investment, science and technology investment. with the aid of multivariate linear regression method,it is measured the influence factors. In addition to the investment of human capital in City Wuhai transformation effect plays anegative role, other assumptions effect plays a positive guiding role, and five factors above effect is not significant.
