The Effect Of Chinese FDI In Services On Manufacturing Efficiency

2013, Chinese FDI in services accounts for the overall FDI exceed 50% first time, which showed the improvement of optimizing the utilization of FDI. With the advent of the post-industrial era, the role of services to manufacturing is more and more obvious, the relationship of Chinese FDI in services and manufacturing becoming increasingly close. As the "world factory", now Chinese manufacturing facing the problem of low efficiency, the paper analyses from the perspective of the FDI in services, investigates the effect of Chinese FDI in services on manufacturing efficiency, on the one hand,analyses the role of FDI in services to manufacturing, on the other hand, analyses the influencing factors. Then gives suggestions of how to attract the FDI in services and promote the role of FDI in services to manufacturing.The first part introduces the background and significance of this topic, introduce some scholars’ s studies related to this topic.The second part describes the status of Chinese FDI in services and the plight of the Chinese manufacturing.The third part uses the theroies to analysis the mechanism of the impact of the services FDI to manufacturing industry and the influencing factors.The fourth part establishs an empirical model according to the theory to start the empirical analysis.The fifth summarizes the main conclusions and makes relevant policy recommendations.The conclusions shows: Chinese FDI in services can significantly improve the manufacturing efficiency; the development of the level of human capital and market economy can promote the impact of FDI in services on manufacturing efficiency, because the lower level of services market development,the services market can not obviously promote the impact of FDI in services on manufacturing efficiency.
