Influencing Factors And Optimization Of Energy Efficiency In Manufacturing Workshop Based On GRA-Tobit

Influencing factors and optimization of energy efficiency in manufacturing workshop are of great significance for energy saving and emission reduction in the manufacturing industry.This paper first analyzes methods of influencing factors of manufacturing workshop,using the Grey Relation Analysis method to calculate the correlation between influencing factors and the energy efficiency.Then establish the Tobit model based on correlation value.At last,GRA-Tobit model was established based on influencing factors research.Meanwhile,error of GRA-Tobit model and single model would be compared to test accuracy.Subsequently,this paper introduces multi-objective optimization model,which includes cost function and production model,to analyze the optimum solution of energy efficiency.Last but not least,the real-time production data of a manufacturing company was selected as a case to verify the model and calculate the optimization result.The research results show that:GRA-Tobit model is more accurate than the single Tobit model.Among the influencing factors of workshop energy efficiency,workshop size has the largest impact on energy efficiency,followed by technology input,but labor input and indirect compensation has little effect on energy efficiency of the workshop.Comparing energy efficiency single-objective optimization results and multi-objective optimization results,we find that energy efficiency of single-objective model can theoretically reach a maximum of 93.335%,but other production targets must be considered in actual production.When the optimal value of cost function and the optimal value of production value are obtained at the same time,the optimal value of energy efficiency reaches 90.1%.
