Companies have to improve their corn competition ability constantly if they want to share market successfully in this information age. The practice of enterprise management in recent years have proved that performance management is the key factor to improve enterprise competition ability. Not only can performance management turn the enterprise strategy into specific people’s action,but also encourage employees to enhance personal performance constantly and enhance the organization performance finally. In practice,however, there are some problems existed in enterprise performance management. For example, the problem of imperfect performance evaluation system or an unreasonable performance index could restrict enterprise development. Therefore, building an effective performance management system mean a lot to the development of employees and company.This article uses literature search and questionnaire survey to HJT financial company employee performance management as the research object, trying to find out the main problems in performance management by satisfaction survey. This problems determine the optimize direction of HJT performance management including some questions below: First,how to turn the strategy of HJT into the KPI of each department and position. Second, how to optimize the original performance standard which can combine current performance and development. Third,how to form a circle of performance enforcement and improvement.As a whole, this paper want to provide a reference for the improvement of performance management of HJT, meanwhile enrich domestic research about finance company.This article includes six parts, the first part introduces research background and research significance, research framework, reviews the research situation of performance management, discusses the relevant performance management theory and methods; The second part introduces the HJT company and performance management situation; The third part surveys the present situation of HJT company performance management, combined with the results, I analysis of the problems existing in the performance management; The fourth part raises the specific performance management optimization scheme; The fifth part illustrates the safeguard measures to insure the performance management solution implement; The sixth conclusion and prospect.
