Research On Rural Financial Services Of The SME Development In China

County economy is the foundation of the national economy in our country, and the main body of the county economy is the small and medium-sized enterprises (SME). The SME cannot develop without the good financial environment and the efficient financial support. In recent years, the county finance has encountered many internal and external problems when providing services to the SME due to various reasons. How to solve these problems and enhance the level of county financial services, so as to promote the development of the SME, is discussed in this paper.This paper analyzes the Chinese and foreign scholars’idea about the financial support to economic growth. As a baseline for these studies, it deeply analyzes the existing problems and its reason of county financial services in China, in combination with its current supply and demand situation for the SME in our country. And by using VAR model, this paper analyzes the role of county financial services in Jincheng city for the economy development. By using inductive deductive methods, this paper summarized the supporting experience of financial services for the SME in United States, Japan and South Korea. On this basis, this paper put forward the path to raise their ability of the county financial services to the SME development from the institutional innovation, the product innovation, the business innovation, and the external environment construction and so on. These approaches mainly consist of four categories. First of all, it needs to have a clear status, increasing support to guide. Secondly, it needs to improve the financial products supply structure and the payment and settlement way. Thirdly, it needs to develop the SME credit guarantee agencies. The last is the external conditions construction, which need to cultivate a good credit environment and improve the legal environment construction.
